The Faculty of Architecture at Abdullah Gül University (AGU) organized the eleventh edition of the "Sustainable Development Goals for Children" workshop series.
As part of the AGU Garden (AGÜ Bostan) project, a workshop was organized with the participation of the faculty members, students, and Kayseri Kızılay Community Center. The project aims at continuing the production-based history of the campus and is carried out with the neighborhood residents, students, non-governmental organizations and university members in collaboration with Kocasinan Municipality within the principles of green campus and green neighborhood.
The workshop, in particular, focused on the climate action, one of the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN, and involved the third edition of the "Labour-Food" activity. During the activity, participants from the Kayseri Kızılay Community Center, AGU faculty members, and students played fun games and planted seedlings in the AGU Garden. Members of the AGU Faculty of Architecture, their students and volunteers of the TEMA Youth Student Club contributed to the organization of the workshop and activity within their capacities.
